We are searching for a responsible Service center advisor to assist the Service Center Manager in overall management of the service center through dual control implementation and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities;
• Driver excellent customer service in service center
• Assist the Service Center Manager in overall management of the service center through dual control implementation and daily operations
• Handle customer problems, complaints and queries.
• Educate customers on products and services
• Escalate customer issues when needed
• Support companywide business initiatives at the Branch
• Ensure Service Standards are maintained at all times according to the blue print
• Supervise third party teams
• Support the SC Manager in operational activities in the store.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly reports
• Manage manpower resources at the cluster with SCOM
Qualifications;
• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3 years in a service environment
• Degree in Business related course
• Social science or related field.

• Good problem-solving skills
• Pays attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills
• Capability and willingness to take responsibility
