PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Responsible for mobilizing customer deposits and maintaining a proactive customer advisory relationship management that includes effective seling and structuring of solutions for potential or existing customers in line with the set targets and strategic objectives of the Bank
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related fields. At least 5 years of practical and progressive experience in sales, marketing and business growth
• Sales and marketing skills
• Oral & written communication skills
• Decision making, interpersonal and people management skills Relationship & stakeholder management skills
