To contribute specialist Business Process Engineering input into the development, maintenance and implementation of the Process Science Framework to enable the competitive advantage of the organisation and to be a key enabler in professionalising business operations across the Stanbic Bank Uganda by measuring and improving maturity and operational processes and skills to extract efficiencies with the client in mind.

A good understanding of the Bank’s processes, products, data and systems would be required.
3-5 years
Business process management, -modelling, -innovation, -science, -analysis, -design, -engineering, -improvement, documenting, quality assurance, analysis tools and systems. Workflow experience would be required.
