PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To develop, implement and monitor the Bank’s communication, branding and marketing strategies in line with BRAC Uganda Bank’s (BUBL) objectives whilst ensuring that the strategy is successfully contributing to business growth and enhancing the image of the Bank
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communication or Media Production Professional CIM Qualification
• Outstanding qualities and interpersonal skills: credible, good judgement, trust, integrity and a team player who thrives in a highly collaborative environment. Proactive and resourceful approaches to work with the ability to anticipate acle decisively and seize opportunities as they develop
• Able to think clearly, respond effectively, set priorities and juggle numerous projects smutaneously
• Able to create consensus among people with conflicting points of view Posses a high energy level with willingness to work hands-on in developing and executing a variety of activities ranging from day to day to the highly strategic ones
• Proven planning and organizing skills
• Detail oriented proofreader and editor
• Skilled operator of professional film and video equipment
