Technical Solar Sales Representative

Chloride Exide Uganda Limited intends to recruit a Technical Solar Sales Representative.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
The Technical Solar Sales Representative is expected to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve Solar PV/Grid-tie sales targets and expand the customer base. Working broadly and collaboratively to achieve Solar PV growth across the country through prospecting, identification and understanding of customer requirements, designing and providing the right solutions, relationship building and retention, ensuring expansion of renewable energy and creating sustainable market presence of our solar PV/Grid-tie Systems.

REQUIREMENTS:
• A minimum of a University Degree, preferably in Electrical & Electronics, Renewable Energy, Energy Engineering, Bachelor of Commerce / Business Administration with related professional qualifications in sales and marketing.
• Minimum two (02) of relevant experience in Solar Sales End user prospecting business. Experience in Large commercial solar systems and Grid tie systems.
• A proven track record in design of solar systems of PV System and all our product range. Basic knowledge in troubleshooting of PV, SWH & PB system installations.
