Field Sales Executive

Location: Kampala, Uganda
Reports to: Head, Commercial Division
Deadline: 15th December 2024

Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining relationships with clients, generating business opportunities for motor vehicle financing, and maximizing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
1. Build relationships with car dealerships and distributors.
2. Prospect and qualify clients for vehicle financing.
3. Educate clients on financing benefits and assist with documentation.
4. Conduct daily field visits and report progress.
5. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Competencies
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented and proactive with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to identify process improvements and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing.
• 0–2 years in sales or business development (automotive experience is an advantage).
