Job Purpose
To support installation and decommissioning of new enterprise clients country wide

Activities (Detailed KPIs)
Links Installation
• Make sure that the new link is assigned to field teams on time.
• Follow up with field teams for installation and make sure that the links are installed in agreed SLA
• Coordinate to issue new links from the warehouse. Ensure timely SORF is shared with warehouse for the release of the goods.
• Escalate any issue which can violate the SLA to concerned department e.g. Enterprise business, Transmission team, Team lead.
Configurations
• Make sure all the configurations matrix are generated on time and shared with concerned departments for implementation
• Ensure configurations are created in local servers and shared with all the concerned parties
• Follow up with transmission team for timely link configurations
• End to end testing of the link for the successful delivery
• Escalate any issue to management causing delays in configurations
Decommissioning of the Links
• Share the decommissioning order with field teams
• Coordinate with business team for access at client location
• Redeployment of the decommissioned link
• Manage warehousing of decommissioning links
• Escalate any issue to management which is causing delay in decommissioning of the link/s
Database Management and Testing
• Manage and share daily tracker for link installation and decommissioning
• Manage and update link database on a regular basis
• Delete old configurations from the system
• Sends requests to transmission and MPLS team for deletion of deactivated clients and make sure that the deactivated clients database is deleted from all the systems and ready is ready to reuse
Process Management
• Ensure adherence to the company processes
• Ensures compliance to partner contracts and escalates where improvements are required
• Ensures Occupational health and safety standards adherence at all core locations
Decision Level
• Prime: Final Decision Making authority, accountable to the Management
• Shared: Decisions reached jointly with peers on a collective basis
• Contributory: Makes a major contribution to a decision or policy judgment reached by others

Person Specification
Education, Training, Skills & Experience Educational Level
Must have
• Bachelor of Engineering degree
• Professional Certification will be an added advantage
Working Experience

• At least 2 years’ experience
