JOB DETAILS:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle incoming calls from customers requesting information, pricing, and availability
• Create offers and respond to customer inquiries in accordance with technical requirements
• Handle correspondence of quotation and order-related questions
• Administer and maintain end customer data as well as prepare sales reports
• Provide day-to-day assistance and service to account managers, distributors, direct customers and service technicians
• Assist external account managers with communication of product information and technical specifications
• Assist in the preparation for and joining of exhibitions, seminars and other product promotion activities
• Routinely study and gain technical knowledge on the laboratory and analytical product portfolio
• Manage daily office operations

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in any filed.
• At least two years of experience in sales support or customer service
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, highly self-motivated, result oriented and quality conscious
• Ability to deliver excellent service under pressure for our customers and distributors as part of a global team, awareness of the business development needs
• Problem solving ability in a growing business using software solution
• Conversant with MS-Office applications,
• Strong experience with ERP systems, preferably familiar with SAP
