What you’ll do:
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Kampala, with some work from home flexibility. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling our environmentally-friendly building materials to potential customers with a major focus to the B2B segment of market. Duties include identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, presenting products and services to customers, and negotiating contracts. The Sales Executive will use market research and data analysis to develop business strategies that will maximize company profits.
Qualifications
• Experience in sales and marketing preferably in building materials.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• An understanding of construction and building materials is an added advantage
• The ability to analyze market trends and develop business strategies
• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
• The willingness to learn about eco-friendly products and their benefits
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience working in Uganda or East African Countries (Preferred but not essential
