We are looking for a qualified person to take up the role of Research Coordinator, who will operate from our Uganda Country office. Do you want to take on this challenge?
As the Research Coordinator:
• You will develop research protocols and methodologies that ensure high-quality data collection.
• You will design data collection tools to gather qualitative and quantitative data.
• You will collaborate with internal and external research partners to refine research questions and hypotheses.
• You will conduct in-depth case-studies to understand different peer mentoring systems, and analyse the qualitative data gathered.
• You will use case-study results to design and implement A/B testing to evaluate different peer mentoring models, analyse A/B test results to identify effective peer mentoring models, and iterate on A/B testing methodologies based on feedback and research findings.
• You will synthesize findings into comprehensive reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
