Request for Proposals (RFP) for supply and delivery of 1,040 desks, 58 Teacher tables and 64 Teacher chairs for Schools under the RISING Project at Stromme Foundation.

With funding from the Educate A Child (EAC) and in consortium with Plan International, Stromme Foundation with support from CEFORD and RICE West Nile Uganda is implementing the RISING Project to ocross 128 schools in the refugee settlements of Palorinya and BidiBidi in Northern Uganda. The project aims to contribute to the enrollment in school of 100,000 Out-of-school children (OOSC), especially girls, in marginalised and refugee communities in nine districts of Uganda, to realize their rights to a safe, inclusive, child-friendly, gender-responsive, quality primary education.

As part of the project deliverables, Stromme Foundation is seeking proficient service provider(s) for the supply and delivery of the following items:
• Supply of 1,040 engraved desks
• Supply of 58 engraved teacher tables
• Supply of 54 engraved teacher chairs

Bid Submission:
All bids are to be submitted in soft copy through Uganda@stromme.org not later than Thursday 12th September 2024 by 5pm clearly indicating
“Rising Project procurement of furniture for schools” as the subject of the email.
Opening of proposals:
Bid opening as per Stromme Foundation Uganda Internal procedures shall take place on Friday 13 September 2024.
