REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FOR EXTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES
SteadFin Uganda SACCO Ltd is a duly registered Savings and Credit Co-operative whose Financial year runs from January 01 to December 31, the SACCO office is located on plot 1001 Susie House, Nsambya-Ggaba Road.
The SACCO invites technical and financial proposals for external audit services from firms that are accredited to audit SACCOS in Uganda. The assignment will include auditing the SACCO’s Financial Statements for a period of Four years (2025-2028).
Interested and eligible applicants should include the following:
• A copy of valid trading license for the current financial year
• A practicing certificate as external auditors in Uganda
• Demonstrate competence in auditing SACCOS, preferably accredited by Bank of Uganda
• Breadth and depth of experience
• Technical proposal including the methodology, work plan and timeline of deliverables
• Financial proposal indicating the cost of the audit, with clear fee structure of daily/hourly rates and numbers of days/hours for each fee earner, and reimbursable costs (if any)
• Qualifications and professional experience/expertise of personnel – partners, managers, supervisors and current staff profiles.

Proposal submission will be received by Bid Box and must be delivered to the address below on or before Monday February 19th 2024, 5:00pm.
Late applications shall not be accepted, and the SACCO is not bound to select any prospective provider.
