REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
PROVISION OF CATERING SERVICES
The World Health Organization (WHO)  Uganda is in the process of identifying service providers for the provision of catering services.
The WHO wishes to invite eligible bidders to submit bids for provision of catering services at the World Health Organization (WHO) offices located at Plot 10 Upper Kololo Terrace, Kampala, Uganda

All interested bidders are requested to express interest by sending an email to afrcoughids@who.int Requesting for bidding documents by 12 September 2024.
a) WHO reserves the right to reject any bid.
b) WHO is not bound to select the lowest bid.
c) Only successful bidders will be notified by letter of the final bid decision.

All Proposals must be submitted in writing by email to the following email address: afwcoughids@who.int
Proposals submitted in hard copy shall not be accepted.
Bids with clear subject line of “Bid for provision of Catering services.” should be addressed to:

Additional Requirements:
1. Provide copies of Certificate of Incorporation, VAT registration. Trading Licenses, PPDA Registration and any relevant certifications.
2. Letters of recommendation from Plot 10, Upper Kololo Terrace. reputable organizations.
3. Latest Bank Statement
4.Credited Ants
5. A Credit from the Bank

Deadline for submission of bids is 19″ September 2024 at 5:00pm.
