REQUEST FOR THE EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (REOI)-(Procurement No.-2)
Provision of Security Services at the Head Office and the Bank’s Branches in Kampala and Jinja
Closing Date for Receipt of the EOI: Friday 5th October, 2024
General Description of the Requirement: Bank of Baroda (Uganda) Limited (BOBUL) hereby solicits Expression of Interests (EOI) from competent Entities for the Provision of Security Services at the Bank’s Head Office and Branches in Kampala and Jinja.
Conditions:
Interested entities are invited to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) online, by hand delivery, or by e-mail as indicated below.
The EOI must include, as a minimum the following information:
• The Entity’s Incorporation/registration documents;
• Ultimate Beneficial Owner Form.
• The Entity’s contact details (its address, telephone number, fax, e-mails etc.).
• The Entity’s Tax Identification Certificate
• Licenses and Regulatory approval to conduct the Business from the responsible Regulators.
• Entity Profile showing similar work done in the last Five (5) years.
Important Notice:
This ROEI does not constitute a solicitation. BOBUL reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during the REOL and/or solicitation process.
Submitting a response to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued.
BOBUL also reserves the right to send the Solicitation Documents to entities who were identified through additional market research or other means to source the BOBUL’S requirements.
Local and Regional entities, women owned entities, and those owned by people living with disabilities are encouraged to participate.
The Physical Copies of the EOI clearly marked, “Expression of Interest- “Provision of Security Services at the Head Office and the Bank’s Branches in Kampala and Jinja” must be delivered to the Executive Director BOBUL at the Head Office, Plot No.18, Kampala Road not later than 1700 Hours on Friday 5th October 2024.
Only shortlisted entities will be engaged further.
