THE JOB
The Online Events Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing online events on a regular basis. This role may be part-time and focuses on creating engaging virtual experiences for the audience.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
• Planning and coordinating online events, including webinars, conferences, and virtual gatherings.
• Managing event logistics, including scheduling, technology, and promotional efforts.
• Ensuring a smooth and interactive experience for participants.
• Evaluating the success of events and making improvements for future events.
• Collaborating with marketing and content teams to promote and support events.

QUALIFICATIONS
The job holder should have the following qualifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
• 4 -5 yrs Proven experience as an Online Events Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully executing virtual events.

THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THE JOB

• Proficiency in virtual event platforms and streaming technologies, as well as familiarity with content management systems and online engagement tools.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple online events simultaneously.
