JOB DETAILS:
The role involves overseeing the implementation of clinical mentorship and technical support for reproductive, maternal, newborn, and child health (RMNCH) activities in the Mama Rescue program across Kasese and Kabarole Districts.

Responsibilities include ensuring the functionality of antenatal, labor delivery, and postnatal services in BEMONC private health facilities, establishing a clear referral system from HC II to hospitals, and managing quality improvement initiatives aligned with the Ministry of Health’s policy for Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) in MNH and Comprehensive HIV Prevention, Care, and Treatment.
