Easy Housing is looking for a marketing intern! We offer sustainable, social and scalable homes in Uganda and other African countries. Our circular, biobased homes are affordable, store CO2, and create local jobs.
To further develop the market potential in Uganda, we are expanding our team with a dedicated marketing person that knows their way in (online) marketing! We have a team and office in Kampala and plan on growing this team further in 2024.
Requirements.
• Master student with relevant background and experience in (online) marketing
• Experience in housing or real estate is a plus
• Affinity with sustainable and affordable housing
• Strong proactive and autonomous approach
• Familiarity with Meta, LinkedIn, X and Google Ads
• Proactive and assertive mindset
• Experience with content creation
• Not afraid to call and mail new people and organisations
• Fluency in English, both written and verbally
• Based in Kampala
Internship Activities.
• Support our marketing lead in setting up new marketing campaigns for different countries in Africa , including:
o Streamlining the processes around the marketing campaigns
o Creating content for marketing campaigns (Meta and Google ads)
o Analysing and reporting on the performance of the marketing campaigns
o Improving the performance of the campaigns based on reporting insights
• Support the team on social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok)

Practical details.
• Location office: Bugolobi, Kampala (office presence required)
• Internship length: 4 months, full-time
• Internship period: start as soon as possible
• Team size: about 17 team members
• Supervision: daily team meetings to discuss activities. Regular supervisor meetings.
