Key outputs and responsibilities:
• Generate demand at retailer.
• Fast track introduction of new products and slow-moving SKUs.
• Identify and communicate gaps in RD/Reseller coverage.
• Monitor RD delivery against tele sales plan.
• Monitor and Drive price compliance to retail.
• Capture accurate market data through daily trade calls.
• Drive digital transformation.
Profile: Education
• Minimum of Diploma in business related course.
Key attributes and competencies:
• 1 to 2 years Sales & Marketing experience in the Soft Drinks or FMCG Industry.
• Good knowledge of distribution processes, costs, optimization solutions.
• Good knowledge of distributors’ environment in allocated area.
• Commercial competence.
