Responsibilities
• Schedule meetings and manage calendars
• Answer telephone calls, emails and take messages
• Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
• Assist with daily time management
• Run errands as requested
• Plan travel including
• flights, accommodation and ground transportation
• Coordinate events and speaking engagements
• Draft correspondences such as emails and letters

Requirements
• Must be qualified with a minimum of three years’ experience
• Proven work experience
• as a Personal Assistant/ Executive Assistant Knowledge of Office management Systems and procedures Knowledge of Basic Accounting practices
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 and good command of English Ability to multitask and prioritize daily work load Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
• A university Degree, PA Diploma and Certification is a plus
• Must be able to work
• under pressure
• Must be well presentable
