Key Accountabilities
• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients
• Formulary listings in targeted key hospital accounts
• Sales data and revenue progress reporting
• Establishing contracts with key accounts and devising joint business plans and rewards.
• Market intelligence.
• Collaboration with the sales team
• Develop a pricing model that materially enhances Cipla margins & that which makes Cipla become the most profitable company for the channel
• Continually exploring newer sales avenues
Educational qualifications & desired competencies:
• Holder of BSc / BBA / BBM
• Should possess strong commercial acumen & passion for results
• Must demonstrate business planning & organisational skills
• Should be a good negotiator with a solutions-oriented approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) applications
Relevant experience:
• Minimum of 3 years pharmaceutical sales experience
• Demonstrate successful track-record of growing key accounts in a sales role
