Job purpose:
To Lead and direct the routine functions of the department including, selection and recruitment, welfare reviews, benefits administration, leave management and ensuring organizational compliance with company policies and practices as well as managing training and development.
Key Result Areas:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Act as a liaison between management and the rest of the employees by ensuring that needs, grievances or other issues are timely addressed.
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process.
• Develop and monitor overall HR procedures and practices and improve systems for better human capital management.
• Promote positive and conducive working environment for everyone,
• Work with the head of Human Resources to manage pay and employee welfare benefits.
• Prepare for and manage the administration of training, coaching and development.
• Ensure performance management is timely done and staff development needs are addressed by feedback, coaching and training.
• Provide human capital performance reports to management with recommendations for problem solving.
• Ensure legal compliance with relevant laws, policies and procedures.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
• 3-4 years of experience in a Human Resources Supervisory position
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, social sciences or a related field
