Pazel Conroy Consulting is a development consultancy firm incorporated in Uganda with a regional presence in other African countries. The firm delivers services around Programme evaluation, research, M&E systems, Strategy development and Human Capital development.
As a Human capital consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with Local and regional clients to understand and address some of their most significant and most complex people-related challenges and ultimately improve and drive valuable and sustainable business results. We focus on engagements that relate to performance, talent, systems, reward, mobility, and analytics.

Qualifications and Experience
• Master’s degree in human resource, Organizational Development/Organizational Psychology/ MBA or related qualification
• Professional certifications in Human Resource Management or related areas are an added advantage.
• Five years’ experience in providing advisory and consultancy services in areas of Organizational design, Recruitment and talent development, Change architecture, Culture and behavioural change, Leadership coaching and Talent Management.
• Relevant professional experience working in a consultancy firm is an added advantage.

• Be self-driven, agile and able to work with limited supervision.
• Have strong personal impact and resilience and be able to influence clients and stakeholders to gain support for major changes and key decisions.
• Be able to analyze complex problems and deliver insightful, practical and sustainable solutions.
• Be skilled in facilitating and encouraging collaboration amongst team members and capable of motivating teams to maximize performance.
• Be confident and effective in recognizing and managing potential issues during assignments.
• Be up to date with essential technical and functional skills and with industry, business and leadership skills & knowledge – and share this expertise with others.
Job Roles and Responsibilities
• Build networks of prospective clients and develop leads for consultancy business.
• Develop a network of professionals who can work and support consultancy projects.
• Write proposals and make presentations to close business deals.
• Execute consultancy assignments in the areas of HR Structures, Change architecture, Organizational Design, Culture and behavioural change, Leadership and Coaching, and others.
• Make presentations and close Consultancy projects.
