Head of Operations job at Future Options Consulting Limited

JOB DETAILS:

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Head of Operations will be accountable for supervising Pride’s Backoffice operational functions including branch operations. He/she will also ensure that operational processes are in compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies while optimizing efficiency and cost control.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• A bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, business administration, economics, statistics, mathematics, management, or similar relevant business-related fields.
• Possession of a banking, accounting or finance certification or a master’s degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in supervised financial services institutions with at least five (05) years at a senior management level. Relevant practical training in banking operations.
• Knowledge of regulatory framework of supervised financial institutions, operating systems, and project management.
• Experience in business continuity management and development of business recovery plans.
