Our client, one of the leading world class golf courses in Uganda is seeking to fill the post of a Greenkeeper and Real Estate Manager with a suitably qualified candidate. The client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Manager to join their team and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the value of our golf course.
THE JOB
As a Greenkeeper and Real Estate Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the golf course’s lush greens and overseeing our real estate projects.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
· Ensuring the golf course’s pristine condition.
· Managing real estate operations & people
· Enhancing customer experiences through course maintenance
· Collaborating with teams to promote the club’s growth.
· Manage the day-to-day operations of the golf course properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet the highest standards.
· Foster positive relationships with clients, and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention.
· Stay abreast of local real estate regulations, zoning laws, and environmental requirements to ensure compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS
The job holder should have the following qualifications.
· Diploma in Real Estate, or a related field. A Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
· Real Estate License.
· 2 Years of experience in real estate management, preferably with a focus on golf course properties.

· Knowledge of golf course operations and management.
· Familiarity with local real estate regulations and zoning laws.
