Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations at Instant Printers. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and team management skills, as well as expertise in marketing and business development within the printing industry. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality print materials while driving business growth and fostering client relationships.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage all aspects of daily operations, including scheduling, production planning, and quality control.
2. Lead and motivate a team of operators and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
3. Develop and implement strategies to optimise production processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
4. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining adequate
stock levels to meet production demands.
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
6. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution of any issues or concerns.
7. Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations for business growth and innovation.
8. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a managerial role within the printing industry, with a strong understanding of printing processes and technologies.
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
4. Demonstrated expertise in marketing and business development, with a track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client base.
5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
6. Proficiency in computer applications related to printing production and business management.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
8. Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory requirements relevant to the printing industry.
