Responsibilities:
• Manage front desk operations, including welcoming visitors and answering inquiries.
• Handle calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel.
• Maintain records and provide administrative support to the team.
• Ensure a professional and friendly front office environment.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and promptly.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Diploma or degree in Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a front desk or customer-facing role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
