DISPOSAL OF LIVING GOODS ASSETS/ITEMS
BACKGROUND INFORMATION

To support our ambitious growth targets, reduce procurement lead time, and ensure value for money in procurement, Living Goods invites sealed bids for the purchase of used items as listed on the Living Goods website.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO BIDDERS
Items can be viewed from the warehouse called Beyond Logistics located at Plot 1661 Link Road Bweyogerere between 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (Monday to Friday) from 29th August 2024 to 6th September 2024 or items can be viewed by visiting the Living Goods website via this link https://livinggoods.org/careers/. then click “Active Jobs”
• The deadline for submission for both hard and soft copy bids via email (procurementug@livinggoods.org) must be submitted to Living Goods by September 9th, 2024, at 5:00 pm local time. Bids submitted after the deadline will be rejected.
• Hardcopy/physical submissions will be accepted. Bid documents in sealed envelopes properly addressed “Disposal Bidding to Living Goods” shall be deposited in the bid box that is suitably placed at the main gate of the Living Goods Support office located at plot 21 Hanlon Road Bugolobi.
• Items are to be sold to successful bidders in the “AS-IS” condition.
• Living Goods reserves the right to reject incomplete applications.
• Successful bidders must make payment within three days upon notification and pick up their item (s) from the point of sale at their own cost.
• Living Goods reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without incurring any liability or being bound to give reasons for its decision.
