We are actively seeking enthusiastic Casual Recruitment Specialists to join our growing team. As a vital member, you’ll play a key role in helping companies across diverse industries find the perfect match for their full-time (regular), temporary, and casual workforce needs. This presents a fantastic opportunity to leverage your experience in the recruitment industry while enjoying the flexibility of a casual work schedule.

What you will do:
• Actively source and qualify potential candidates through diverse channels, including online platforms, referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and suitability for open positions.
• Schedule in-person interviews and facilitate the hiring process for assigned roles.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions and documentation.
• Build strong relationships with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements for temporary and casual positions.
• Proactively identify emerging trends and challenges within the temporary and casual staffing market.
• Contribute to the team’s success by achieving individual performance targets and actively participating in training and development opportunities.

What we are looking for:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the temporary/casual staffing industry (a plus, but not essential).
• Strong understanding of current recruitment best practices and legislation in Uganda.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Confident and assertive personality with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
• Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented approach to work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively within a flexible schedule.
• Familiarity with Human Resource Management Information Systems.
