Save the Children with support from USAID/BHA is implementing a 3-year activity named “Uganda Uthabiti Activity” in a Consortium with other partners: Swiss Contact, Grameen Foundation, and the Response Innovation Lab running from April 1, 2022, to March 31, 2025, with the goal of enabling refugee and refugee-hosting households, particularly youth and women, in the target districts to have diversified livelihood opportunities to meet their basic needs and participate in economic growth. The activity is being implemented in the refugee-hosting districts of Lamwo and Isingiro in Uganda since April 2022 and will end by 31 March 2025.
Save the Children invites potential bidders for the supply of assorted items for market led productive and livelihood items for Palabek and Nakivale as lotted below.

Bid Documents in English can be obtained on request upon confirmation of payment of a non-refundable fee of Ugx 100,000 for each LOT deposited on our bank A/C 0108214719000 Standard Chartered Bank (Save the Children). Bid issuance shall take place Mondays to Thursdays between 9:00am to 12:00pm starting on Thursday 12 September till 2 October 2024.
Properly completed and sealed Bids should be submitted in hard copy and addressed to “The Procurement Review Committee with the subject. “Supply of productive Items for Market Led Livelihood Diversification in Palabek and Nakivale”: Procurement Reference No. Tender/SCI/CO/008/2024 and delivered to the address below. The LOT of interest must also be indicated.
