Role Purpose
The Agency Manager will oversee the agency sales performance and take charge of manpower development within the assigned agency office(s).
Main Responsibilities
1. Drive sales growth in the assigned agency office(s).
2. Recruit, train, and manage Agents and Unit Managers.
3. Lead and oversee sales operations in the allocated agency.
4. Conduct performance review meetings with Agents and Unit Managers.
5. Perform market research to stay updated on market and industry trends.
6. Monitor agency operations to minimize risks for the company.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agents.

5. Effective interpersonal skills to foster relationships.
Qualifications
1. Undergraduate degree from an accredited university in any field.
2. Knowledge of Sales, Marketing, and Life Insurance.
3. Professional certification (e.g., COP, CII, or equivalent).
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.
Relevant Experience
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the financial sector or a Life Insurance company.
