Job purpose:
As a Vehicle Re-spray Promoter, you will be required to find vehicles requiring spraying and encourage vehicle owners to bring their vehicles for spraying, educate vehicle owners on existing spray/panel beating special offers, promotions and discounts during your field visits. This is a perfect opportunity for people who want to be their own boss and crave the independence that comes with being self-employed and working within a flexible schedule while earning “COMMISSION” based on your good performance.
Key roles and responsibilities
• Assist Panel/Body section in attracting new customers for vehicle spraying and panel beating services.
• Contact potential customers within your local territory and encourage them to bring their vehicles for spraying/ panel beating services.
• Constantly advise potential customers on special offers, promotions and discounts for vehicle spraying /panel beating services.
• Assist the Panel/Body team with new methods for attracting new customers to reach monthly revenue targets.
• Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
• Participate in all scheduled Panel/body promotional initiatives.
• Attend all scheduled team meetings and share customer feedback and challenges.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
• Passion in sales and marketing activities.
• Knowledge of auto sales and marketing is an added advantage.
• Interpersonal, public relations and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
