JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a KOL Partnership Manager with existing influencer resources on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. You will be responsible for sourcing and managing content creators, driving collaboration negotiations, executing influencer campaigns, and monitoring performance. Your work will help generate measurable brand exposure and growth in Uganda and the broader East African market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Influencer Sourcing & Network Development
o Leverage your existing network to quickly connect with active local influencers on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Build long-term relationships with new and existing KOL/clients
2. Business Negotiation & Collaboration
o Lead negotiations with influencers to finalize collaboration models, content formats, budgets, and timelines. Formulate business development plans, and assist the team in completing the introduction, negotiation, cooperation and signing of business cooperation projects
3. Campaign Execution & Performance Tracking
o Manage content creation and publishing schedules to ensure timely delivery of campaigns;
o Support KOL and design special campaigns to increase KOL revenue volume
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
o Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to support promotional campaigns;
o Provide influencer content resources for marketing initiatives, product promotions, and brand awareness efforts;
5. Market Trend Analysis & Strategy Optimization
o Monitor content trends in Uganda and neighbouring countries to offer strategic insights;
o Analyze competitor influencer strategies and develop optimization recommendations accordingly. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
REQUIREMENTS
• Must have existing influencer resources on TikTok / Instagram / YouTube in East Africa (with proven collaboration records preferred);
• Strong understanding of the East African social media and content landscape;
• Experience in influencer marketing, campaign execution, or event/project management;
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with strong execution ability;
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects independently.
• Proven working experience as a business development manager or a relevant role
• Experience in channel development, market development
• Deep understanding of crypto markets is a plus
• Proficiency in English and local languages
WORK HOURS:
11:30AM- 9:30PM
WORK DAYS:
Monday to Saturday
EXPERIENCE IN MONTHS:
24 months
