As a Facility manager, you will be responsible for: Planning and overseeing the maintenance, repair, and Improvement of facilities and premises
• Managing and supervising the facility or premises staff and contractors
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations
• Managing the budget and Inventory of facility or premises resources and equipment
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth facility operations
• Developing and Implementing policies and procedures for facility or premises management
Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field
• At least 7-8 years of proven experience as a Facility or premises manager or similar role
• A thorough knowledge of facility or premises management principles and practices Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills A proactive and problem-solving attitude with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and facility or premises management software
