JOB DETAILS:
Main purpose of the position:
Managing project execution processes and teams to provide the necessary environment for project success. Focus areas include installation budget estimation, project scheduling, site inspection, installation inspection, design approval from client.

Key responsibilities:
Strategy / Planning
• SOPs/Processes implementation across Site Management,
• Assisting with technical clarification, discussions, directions, instructions, supervision & trouble shooting (if required) to the execution team/s at site as per the approved design & drawings Project planning & scheduling in terms of the Structural design & execution work

Project Management:
• Manage the planning and execution stage of construction projects.
• Manage cost control, cost accounting, and management of project schedules.
• Conduct site surveys for building installation
• Conduct quality assurance reviews during implementation and before handover to customer.
• Ensure compliance to regulatory and project delivery agreements
• Training of installers and after sales teams
• Arrange Weekly meetings with all parties involved in a construction project

Budgetary responsibility:
• Manage site execution budget

KEY SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION
Qualifications required:
• Minimum academic qualification:
• A degree-level engineering qualification (B.E/ B.Tech) in Civil/ Mechanical engineering
• Qualifications as an added advantage:
• A post-graduate degree in Construction management would be an added advantage.
• Experience required:
• General work experience (years):
• At least 10 years’ general experience in construction industry

Specific to the position (level/discipline/years):
• At least 5 years’ technical experience in Pre-Engineering Building / Structural Steel erection and supervision
