Job description:
We are sourcing for a qualified parts manager with vast experience in the automotive industry to effectively manage our client’s overall performance of the spare parts business to improve business profitability and achieve company goals.

Main tasks:
• Ensures turnover profitability through prospection, credit control and improved customer service expertise.
• Carries out effective planning to always ensure availability of parts.
• Asset stock management through monitoring stock levels and stock days
• Initiates and develops plans to improve sales turnovers and ensures adherence to plans and budgets.
• Develops team competency and ensures competence assessments and timely reviews are carried out.
• Reviews and reports on market/competitor and pricing information in a timely manner
• Implements and monitors internal control procedures (PACI)
• Implements and monitors ANZEN.
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:
• University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or University Degree in Procurement & supply Chain Management.
• Business Degree Majoring Sales & Marketing
• Three years’ experience in a large industrial/ commercial organization
• Warehouse management knowledge.
• Five years’ experience in mechanical engineering disciplines with at least 3 years at managerial level in the motor industry
• Good knowledge and experience in supply chain management.
