JOIN US AS A UNIT HEAD INSTITUTIONAL BANKING
The Unit Head Institutional Banking, reporting to the Head Corporate Banking, spearheads
and provides strategic direction, leadership, implementation, and oversight in the areas of
Institutional Banking.

Qualifications, Experience & Competencies
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance-related disciplines.
• A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience, of which:
o 8 years should be in relationship management & customer engagement.
o 7 years in business development & portfolio growth.

o 5 years in strategy development & implementation, risk management, government controls, and banking operations/shared services.
• Good understanding of banking products, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent leadership competencies.
