Invitation to Bid Under Open Domestic Bidding – Provision of Executive Coaching Services

The Housing Finance Bank Ltd has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of Executive Coaching Services.
The Entity invites sealed proposals for the provision of the above services.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the with the open domestic bidding procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 the PPDA (Procurement of Consultancy services) Regulations, 2014 and is open to all consul-
tants.
Interested eligible consultants may obtain further information and inspect the Request for Proposal Document from the Administration Department of Housing Finance Bank between 9:00am to 4:00pm.
The Request for proposal document (in the English language) may be purchased by interest- ed bidders at a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000/-. Upon payment of the fees on HFB Miscellaneous Income Account Number 99-3800801, consultants should proceed and obtain the documents from the address below.
Proposals must be delivered to the address below at or before 4:00pm on 29th November 2023. All proposals must be accompanied by a proposal securing declaration that is valid until 31st March 2024. Late proposals shall be rejected. Proposals will be opened in the presence of the consultants’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 4:30pm on 29th November 2023.
