4. HR Officer
Qualifications and Skills
01. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and 5 years’ of relevant experience.
02. Proven experience in managing HR databases i.e automated payroll systems.
03. Demonstrated ability to mobilise and allocate resources, plan, coordinate staff meetings & trainings.
04. Demonstrated ability to implement and maintain policies & procedures and ensure staff compliance.
05. Proven experience in recruitment processes and procedures
