Reports to: Manager, Products, Innovation & Transactional Banking

Job Summary: Responsible for enrollment, marketing of bank products, ensuring the bank’s product offering is fully utilized by the target market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accountable for effective conversion of CBU customers on all products and channels.
• Drive uptake and utilization as per banks strategy and budget.
• Monitor performance of the bank’s products daily within a given portfolio and identify shortfalls if any and ensure optimized uptake of the channels.
• Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing the existing product specifications and requirements to match customer needs.
• Ensure products offered are in line with the bank’s overall customer experience standards.
• Ensure effective controls so that service is delivered within regulatory and legal requirements and internal operational risk management guidelines.
• Monitor processes and procedures within the Bank to ensure compliance to set policies, procedures, and manuals with particular emphasis on risk mitigation.
• Ensure high level of product knowledge.
• Proactively identify and escalate issues that will crop up in any products and follow up to ensure effective resolution of those issues.
Education.
• A Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business related field.

• Learning and researching
Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Banking Industry
• Knowledge of Branch processes and procedures
• Knowledge of bank products, services and policies and procedures.
