Job Summary:
A Trading Assistant will provide support to the trade team and maintain excellent customer service. The role involves performing assigned tasks independently, able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks, assisting the trade manager and ensuring the overall smooth running of trade operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Assistance:
o Provide product information, recommendations, and demonstrations.
o Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
• Product Knowledge:
o Ensures that the information relayed to customers is not only accurate but also solution-oriented.
• Trade Reporting:
o Contribute to daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required. o Focusing and ensuring transparency and fairness in the market.
• Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelors degree in sales and marketing, or any other related field.
• Experience: At least 2years experience in marketing and sales
Skills:
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
o Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Personal Attributes:
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
