Client Brief:
Our client is a manufacturing company dedicated to delivering high-quality products to our customers.

Job Brief
The Technical Operator will handle the operations and maintain product packing / filling machines in line with the specified quality standards.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:
• Plans with the Factory Engineer about required consumables and machine maintenance.
• Operate the product packing machines.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure the quality and conformity of filled or packaged products according to the required standards.
• Fill the right packaging material to filling machines as per the set time and quality.
• Carry out weekly machine routine maintenance and report any penitential breakdowns to the engineering department.
• Plan and request materials for usage and conduct reconciliation of the received materials.

Education, Skills and Qualifications
• Diploma in Mechanical or Technical Engineering
• Two (2) years of working experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of good manufacturing practices
• Production SOPs
• Food safety
• CIP Operations
• Health and safety-focused
• Troubleshooting
• ISO 22000 certified
• Communication skills
