SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LAPTOPS AND DESKTOP COMPUTERS FOR NDA STAFF – NDA/SUPLS/23-24/00069
The National Drug Authority has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of Laptops and Desktop Computers for NDA staff.
The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open domestic bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8 from 08:00 am. to 05:00 p.m. Mondays to Fridays.
The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand). The method of payment will be paying through Stanbic Bank Uganda Limited UGX Account Number 9030005759829.
Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8 at or before 11:00 am. on 21st December 2023. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX 4,000,000 (Uganda Shillings Four Million). Bid securities must be valid until 2nd August 2024.
Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8 at 11:30 a.m. on 21 December 2023.
There shall not be a pre-bid meeting.
