The bidding document(s) shall be inspected and issued at Procurement & Disposal Unit of Makerere University Biomedical Research Centre at the address given below from 9.00am-3.00pm.
The pre-qualification documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ugx. 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Shillings Only) for the above-mentioned category.
The method of payment will be through the bank and thereafter a receipt will be obtained from MakBRC accounts office. The document may thereafter be collected from the procurement and Disposal Unit upon presentation of the receipt.
The deadline for bid submission will be at or before 12.00pm of 10th January 2024. Late submissions shall not be accepted.
