McColm issues this call for a Senior Speciality Trainer in support of the Global Peace Operations Initiative Capacity Building Assistance in Uganda.
This position is contingent upon contract award.

Requirements
The Senior Specialty Trainer shall be the Team Lead’s principal trainer for other conducting specialized contract training requirements. The Senior Specialty Trainer shall have a minimum of 10 years of technical experience which includes a relevant blend of military skills, experience, knowledge, and current certifications that will enable that individual to successfully train specific task performance objectives.
• Minimum of ten (10) years military or civilian experience which includes quantifiable experience designing digital maps using geospatial data and analysis of spatial and non-spatial information.
• Demonstrated experience as a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Specialist.
• (Preferred)Experience as a trainer to a foreign security partner, military or civilian.
• (Preferred) Experience working in Sub-Saharan Africa.
