Qualifications
Recently graduated from a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in communications, marketing, business administration, website development or any other related field from a recognized university.
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months, with possibility of extension.

Roles and Responsibilities
2. Social Media and Marketing Intern
• Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across all SynBio Africa social media platforms.
• Create visually appealing posts, including graphics, videos, and written content, ensuring brand consistency.
• Assist in planning and executing social media and marketing campaigns to promote initiatives and events.
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest adjustments to optimize results.
• Engage with the online community by initiating conversations and encouraging user-generated content.
• Collaborate with influencers and stakeholders to amplify SynBio Africa’s reach.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media and email marketing campaigns.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract new sponsors and partners, aligning with SynBio Africa’s vision and values.
• Produce content for social media and other platforms to highlight sponsorship stories and the impact of collaborations.
• Participate in planning and executing events, both virtual and in-person, to engage sponsors and different stakeholders.
• Report on sponsorship activities and outcomes, providing insights into the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
• Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
