Role Description & Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Finance and Admin Officer with a hands-on mentality to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for our accounting processes, managing budgets for projects, maintaining financial controls, and reporting. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a Junior Manager position, with increased responsibilities and leadership opportunities.
• Accounting and Financial Management: Perform day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries. Ensure accurate and timely financial record keeping and reporting.
• Budgeting and Financial Planning: Maintain and track budgets for various projects. Monitor budget performance and provide regular reports to senior management. Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Financial Controls and Compliance: Maintain and enforce internal financial controls to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Propose and develop new ones when needed. Conduct regular audits to ensure financial integrity and accuracy. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other legal requirements (together with our external consultant).
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc financial reports to senior management and stakeholders. Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making. Monitor financial performance and recommend corrective actions as needed.
• Administrative Duties: Oversee administrative functions, including office management, procurement and warehouse function. Ensure the smooth running of the office and maintain a productive work environment. Support HR functions, such as employee records management and recruitment. Support warehouse function to ensure compliance with procedures and reconciliation with the accounts.
• Leadership and Growth: Take on increasing responsibilities and demonstrate leadership qualities. Prepare to transition into a Junior Manager role, taking on more strategic and managerial tasks.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and administration roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Office software.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Leadership potential and willingness to grow into a managerial role.
