Senior Client Relationship Officer job at Admin Core Uganda

Job Summary:
The Senior Client Relationship Officer will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and driving growth in the organization’s client base.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and nurture relationships with key corporate and individual clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for high-value clients, resolving their issues promptly and effectively.
• Identify new opportunities to cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
• Ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement and regular follow-ups.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations and performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in the financial sector.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term professional relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services.
