As we expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Spare Parts Sales Representative to join our team.

Job Description:
• Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers in-person, over the phone, or via online platforms, providing expert advice on automotive parts.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, specifications, and availability to effectively communicate with customers.
• Sales and Targets: Achieve individual and team sales targets by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, assist in stock management, and help with ordering parts as necessary to ensure product availability.
• Order Processing: Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy in pricing, parts identification, and delivery options.
• Customer Follow-Up: Build and maintain relationships with customers through follow-up communications to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to parts selection, orders, or returns in a timely manner.
• Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory levels for reporting and analysis.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with service technicians and other team members to coordinate sales efforts and enhance customer experience.
• Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in automotive technology or sales is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in automotive sales or parts department is preferred.

Skills:
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in using sales software and inventory management systems.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
