KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Customer Engagement Planning
• Client Relationship Management
• Attending to client inquiries
• Following up with customers for payment issues
• Market Research and Monitoring
• Meeting Sales Targets
• Customer Service Satisfaction
• Participate in business planning and target setting
• Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field with 3 years of experience.
• Any experience in sales in a commercial entity, preferably broadcasting, advertising and PR related operations
