Responsibilities
• Sourcing data from primary and secondary sources to use for analysis and supporting business decisions.
• Ensure data captured is of good and sufficient to support business functions and activities.
• Developing and maintaining adhoc databases, data systems – reorganizing data in a readable format.
• Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction.
• Monitoring business performance and performance trends.
• Preparing reports for management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
• Working with technical teams, process owners, business managers, and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance or business improvement strategies.
• Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.
• Monitor SDD projects progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
• Preparation of Franchise Partners and Sales teams KPI targets for daily and monthly Performance monitoring and Tracking.
Qualifications
• A bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, finance, economics, statistics, or a similar field.
• 3+ years of experience analyzing complex data preferably FMCG.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools/statistical tools.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Attention to detail.
• Exceptional eye for details.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as individually.
• High integrity is mandatory.
